Abchurch Yard Apartments offers four studio apartments in a self contained block, in the heart of the City of London, a few hundred yards from Cannon Street, Monument and London Bridge (North side), making this property fantastic if you are staying in London for business for a few nights, weeks, or months.

The block contains three, double occupancy studio apartments, suitable for up to two adults, and one, single occupancy studio apartment, which, being smaller, is more suited to one person staying alone, although there is a double bed.

The apartments were all refurbished in February 2017. Within the main studio room of each apartment, you have an easy fold wall bed with double, pocket sprung mattress, which simply lifts back in to the wall when not being used. In the larger apartments, it can be left down with no problem. There is also a small fold out dining table and two dining chairs, along with a comfortable arm chair, and wall mounted TV with freeview.

The galley kitchen contains a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, along with all kitchen utensils and equipment.

The bathroom has a shower only, with no bath.

There is a good selection of supermarkets locally, and London Bridge is a few minutes walk, and you can cross the bridge within 10 minutes to get to the Shard, Borough Marlet and the Southbank.

There is no lift in the building, and apartments are arranged from floors one to four, however, there will be someone to meet you and help you up with luggage when you arrive.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as the property does not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check-in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please be sure that you close the door securely behind you.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Bookings of 3 – 28 nights:

7+ days notice, no charge. Less than 7 days notice, 1 week maximum charge.

Bookings of 28-89 nights:                    

14+ days notice, no charge. Less than 14 days notice, 2 weeks maximum charge.

Bookings of 90 nights and more:          

30+ days notice, no charge. Less than 30 days notice, 30 nights maximum charge.

 

Group cancellation Policy:

Bookings of 3 – 28 nights:                  

14+ days notice, no charge. Less than 14 days notice, 2 weeks maximum charge.

Bookings of 28-89 nights:                    

21+ days notice, no charge. Less than 14 days notice, 2 weeks maximum charge.

Bookings of 90 nights and more:          

30+ days notice, no charge. Less than 30 days notice, 30 nights maximum charge.

In the case of a no-show - cancellation charges equal to 2 weeks accommodation will be charged.

All cancellations or shortening of stay may be charged at £100 non-refundable administration fee.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client might be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
