Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellation for reservations of Studios and 1 bedroom apartments
Notification of cancellation is required 3 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
Once you have checked in you must give us 3 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

Cancellation for apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
Once you have checked in you must give us 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

Cancellation for group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments
On group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments (or during the high season) notification of cancelation is required 30 days prior to arrival. Once you have checked in you must give us 30 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.
*** Please note that 1 week is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy for bookings of 30 nights and over
Notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
Once you have checked in you must give us 30 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy for booking during the Summer
Notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. *** Please note that 1 week is non-refundable.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

Please note that at check in we require a security deposit to cover any incidental breakages or damages that may occur during occupation. The security deposit is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled followingsettlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and if no incidental expenses have been incurred. An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder's account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.

  • Four Bedroom = £2000

On booking the client might asked to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
