Your apartment will be available for check in after 3:00pm on your scheduled day of move in. All Oakwood United Kingdom clients are met at their apartments by an Oakwood representative on the day of arrival. Please advise arrival details so we can arrange for the Oakwood representative to greet the guest.
On check-out of your apartment please leave all the keys in the drop box in the foyer. Check out is by 11am on your final date.

We require 14 days written notice for any early departures, cancellations or changes to your booking. If this notice is not received, you will be liable for the rent for 14 days, subject to us being able to re-let the apartment.
Olympic period: Cancellation will be 60 days prior to arrival and deposits will be forfeited unless units can be resold.
Payment will be invoiced and should be paid prior to arrival. Longer bookings of one month or more will be invoiced on a monthly basis, otherwise the whole term is due in advance.
Olympic period: Deposit of 30 days per apartment required on securing inventory. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
We require a credit card authorisation to be completed by the guest, with details of a valid Credit or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or Switch) prior to check in for telephone calls and other incidentals, signed and then faxed back, or scanned and emailed by reply
Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
From 1st May 2012 the automatic option to extend per clients notice period will be suspended until 28th September 2012.
