Booking Terms

Check In

We offer a personal check in service, meaning one of our team will meet all guests in person and offer an introduction to the facilities.  Our standard check in time is from 4pm however we can arrange to meet you earlier or later, just let us know what suits you.  On check in, you will be issued with 1 set of keys per guest.

Check Out

We request that guests check out by 11am however we may be able to arrange an extension with prior arrangement.  Please liaise with our guest relations team, 24 hours in advance of your check out.  Charges may apply for a late check out. On departure please leave the keys in the letterbox of the apartment.

Cancellation

Stays of less than 7 nights

We must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights, at least 4 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.

Stays of 7-28 nights
We must receive notification of cancellation from 7 - 28 nights at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights will apply.

Stays of 29+ nights
We must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 29 nights plus, at least 21 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights will apply.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

 

Payment

We ask for payment to be made in advance of check in.  For guests staying 4 weeks or more, we'd be happy to discuss payment on a rolling monthly basis.  We are able to invoice charges for corporate guests with prior arrangement.

Security Deposit

We require a credit card authorisation form to be completed by the guest, with details of a valid Credit or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Switch) prior to check in.  This is required as a guaranteed payment for any incidental charges.  The authorisation form must be signed and returned to us by fax/email.

Extension Policy

Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
